Summary:
The Best Start in Life Family Hub Support Officer is a crucial administrative role within the dynamic Health & Community Wellbeing team, dedicated to supporting the development phase of the Best Start In Life Family Hub offer. This 6-month post ensures the Local Authority is fully prepared and ready to launch the comprehensive Family Hub offer in Rutland from April 2026. The officer will provide high-level administrative support, manage data systems, and work closely with a small project group and the Best Start in Life Programme Manager to lay the foundational processes for the new service.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the small project group focused on developing the new Family Hub offer for Families, Children, and Young People in Rutland
* Support the Best Start in Life Programme Manager with all administrative tasks required for the successful development phase.
* Set up and maintain elegant and simple processes specifically designed to track and manage project-related data and information.
* Ensure all systems and processes established are efficient, transparent, and fit for the purpose of long-term service delivery.
* Act as a self-directed team player, managing workload and priorities effectively within the project timeframe.
Essentials:
* Proven experience as an administrator in a complex or project environment
* Extensive experience in setting up systems and processes from scratch or re-engineering existing ones.
* Experience in using data reporting systems and tools.
* Direct experience in tracking, recording, and collating information and data for reporting purposes.

* This role requires an Enhanced DBS
