About the role:
Are you a marketing professional looking for your next step — a chance to take real ownership of campaigns and work on a product with huge potential? We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our friendly, high-performing Knowledge Solutions Marketing Team at BSI, where you will lead on planning and delivering marketing campaigns for BSI Membership.
This isn't just a classic marketing role. You'll have the opportunity to shape how we attract and retain members, develop our proposition, and influence the future of our product. You'll be hands-on, collaborative and ambitious – keen to learn, get involved in different projects, and help shape our membership product.
This role suits someone comfortable with the full mix of campaign delivery, data, and proposition development – perfect if you're early in your career but ambitious for the future. You'll have an appetite for getting involved in product development opportunities and be ready to work on a variety of projects, building your profile and working with specialists across the business.
You'll also be part of a large, supportive and sociable marketing team with clear progression opportunities. We're professional but approachable – open doors, no silly questions, and a genuine focus on helping each other succeed.

Responsibilities:
* Design, plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns – from short-term event promotion to longer-term acquisition and retention strategies.
* Work directly with the sales team, generating and managing leads through CRM systems.
* Use marketing platforms (Pardot, Salesforce or similar) to track, analyse and improve performance.
* Communicate convincingly with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior audiences.
* Spot gaps, solve problems and influence priorities using data and insight.
* Collaborate with specialists across the business on a variety of projects – building your profile and broadening your experience.

* Previous marketing experience in a similar role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for a range of audiences.
* Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce and Pardot advantageous).
* A data-driven mindset and the confidence to use systems to resolve problems.
* The ability to identify gaps, prioritise effectively and influence stakeholders.
* A university degree, CIM/IDM training or other professional development (preferred but not essential).
* A collaborative approach and the ambition to build your profile and grow your career.
