Warranty Team Leader Role
The Warranty Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Warranty Coordinators and an Administrator who provide technical and warranty support for Triumph's global subsidiary and distributor network. The role ensures accurate and timely resolution of customer warranty concerns and investigates emerging warranty issues for escalation to internal Quality & Design teams.
The Team Leader will:
1. Lead, motivate, and manage the warranty team.
2. Handle a workload of warranty tasks as required.
3. Manage the operation and development of Triumph's warranty systems, ensuring they support new models and are updated accordingly.
4. Liaise with internal IT teams and external providers to define and implement new system features.
