The salary 31,467.49 salary per year, and you will be working 4 on 4 off. 12-hour shifts Days : 06:00 -18:00Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 with Christmas and Bank Holidays off!
Youll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and ongoing training including annual CPC and many other perks. 20 days holiday.What youll do on a typical day:You will be safely driving our HGV Class 1 and Shunt Vehicles in a courteous mannerCovering Shunting requirements on our customers siteMaking sure all goods are correctly strapped before commencing journeysDriving the latest equipment and operating to safety standardsSafely operate our vehicle delivering Kingspan productsUndertake written pre shift checks to Tugs ensuring and defects are loggedEnsure Tugs are kept clean and tidy and washed weeklyEnsure all duties are carried out with compliance to all XPO SSOWsComplete daily XPO Trailer Movement log each shift detailing all trailers movedEnsure tug is refueiled at the end of the shiftTimely escallation of any issues preventing trailer movementEnsure PPE is regularly inspected and is used at all timesWhen not shunting trailers, to be involved in Meet and Greet at trailer parks with changeover driversInspect empty trailers upon arrival and advise team of any trailers not preped for loading or unfit for useEnsure partial restraints (2x straps) used for all unsecured movements of procuctBe aware of, and act in accordance with, all XPO policiesBring to the attention of your manager any matter that could be detrimental to the wellbeing of the CompanyCarry out any other duties which may reasonably be required by your managerWhat you need to succeed at XPO:Valid LGV C+E LicenceAn up to date CPC and DIGI cardNo more than 6 points on your licenceNo DD, DR or IN endorsements showing on your licenceBe part of something big.TPBN1_UKTJ
