About the Role: As District Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Leading and supporting Store Managers across multiple locations in The North of England & Scotland. Driving commercial performance through effective KPI management, visual merchandising, and local market knowledge. Ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards and procedures. Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, creating a positive and motivated working culture. Acting as a brand ambassador and embodying the company’s values in every interaction. Collaborating with head office teams on product feedback, marketing campaigns, and strategic planning. Background: Proven multi-site retail management experience, ideally within the fashion sector. A track record of delivering strong commercial results and managing large teams. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a people-first approach. Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making abilities. Willingness to travel frequently across Scotland and work flexibly to meet business needs.
