Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking property consultancy to recruit a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor -level RICS Registered Valuer for their expanding valuation team in Bristol.
We're also open to hearing from experienced graduates or recently qualified surveyors looking to take the next step in their valuation career.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, financial reporting, and internal decision-making.
Conduct inspections, research, and prepare detailed valuation reports.
Support major projects and contribute to internal systems and business planning.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the valuation sector.
Collaborate with colleagues to grow the valuation offering in the region.
✅ What We're Looking For:
1. Ideally MRICS-qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status.
2. Good technical knowledge of valuations and RICS standards.
3. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ARGUS software.
5. Full UK driving licence.
