We are currently recruiting a Modern Stocktake Coordinator to work within our Business Support function and stores. The role involves supporting, improving, or transforming our stores, distribution centers (DC), and operating model to better serve customers, communities, and the planet every day.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Download and send floor plans to suppliers to support the Modern Stock Take process.
2. Complete weekly supplier reporting, collate data, produce accurate reports, and file for due diligence.
3. Plan, present, and craft fresh food delivery files.
4. Update store details to maintain data integrity.
5. Complete delivery amendments.
6. Review store stock systems on stock take mornings to ensure no deliveries impact the Moment of Certainty.
7. Complete finance summaries and send to relevant partners.
8. Communicate Modern Stock Take processes to retail and distribution teams/partners.
9. Respond to store and group queries regarding scheduling.
10. Review weekly system schedules.
11. Prepare and run the flash summary.
12. Handle finance tasks to ensure accurate supplier payments and charges.
13. Analyze subgroup charge rates weekly to ensure correct banding.
14. Maintain the MST count schedule to meet business needs.
15. Ensure data integrity related to MST reporting.
16. Conduct store or DC visits for trials, development, and identifying improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in retail and store operations.
* Experience working with external contractors or suppliers.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong planning and prioritization skills.
* Analytical skills and experience in report writing.
* High attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
