Key Responsibilities
* Designer position delivering high‑end bespoke joinery projects including kitchens, bedrooms, cabinets and doors, across both residential and commercial sectors
* Producing clear detailed drawings using Cabinet Vision
* Liaising with clients to interpret and refine their design vision into practical, technical joinery solutions
* Overseeing design, coordinating materials and production details, and ensuring installation requirements are fully considered from the outset
* Negotiating with clients to obtain any further information required
* Liaising with procurement, project and workshop teams regarding long‑lead‑time materials
* Creating CNC‑ready files for production
* Working on projects ranging in value from £20k to £500k
Qualifications & Skills
* Must have experience utilising Cabinet Vision software
* Ideally a Designer within the joinery sector, but open to a draughtsperson, co‑ordinator, technician, engineer or related role within the interiors market
* Must be able to read and understand technical drawings
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* High levels of attention to detail
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Genuine get up and go work ethic
