About the Job
ServiceNow Junior Project Manager
Our client is a ServiceNow Partner, founded by one of the UK’s first-ever Certified Master Architects. Our client focuses on building ready-to-use ServiceNow solutions that help customers accelerate adoption and achieve value faster.
We’re recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join the team and support client delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a people-first, innovative environment.
You’ll be hands-on with projects, owning client relationships and learning how to shape solutions that solve real-world business problems.
You’ll work directly with seasoned ServiceNow experts, gaining exposure to best-in-class delivery methods and customer engagement practices.

* Stakeholder management & communication at multiple levels.
* Delivery coordination and customer success management.
Unlike larger consultancies, you won’t be just another cog in the wheel. In this role you’ll be directly responsible for client satisfaction, uptake of their services, and the chance to grow into a senior engagement role with real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gathering requirements, running workshops, and translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
* Delivery Support: Work alongside consultants and architects to ensure solutions are aligned to customer goals and delivered successfully.
* Product Ownership: Help shape the design and backlog for ServiceNow solutions, managing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
* Business Analysis: Document requirements, processes, and user stories to support project success.
* Growth & Development: Learn directly from experienced ServiceNow leaders, with the opportunity to progress into senior client-facing roles.
Required Experience & Skills:
* 1–3 years’ experience in a ServiceNow role.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to capture, analyse, and translate requirements into actionable outcomes.
* A genuine interest in ServiceNow and its potential to transform organisations.
* Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
