About the Role
We are looking for a highly competent and motivated Administrator to join our team at our Hollybank site in Scropton, Derbyshire.
As Site & Training Administrator you’ll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the site, ensuring records are accurately maintained and processes run smoothly.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate training records, matrices and databases.
* Raising and receipting purchase orders.
* Ordering and maintaining stocks and office stationary supplies.
* Scanning and electronically filing HR and training documentation.
* Creating new starter and replacement ID/Access badges.
* Support with general HR and Training department activities.
Qualifications and Skills
* A good level of English and numeracy skills.
* The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
* Strong attention to detail to aid controlling document versions.
* IT literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office programs.
