Were looking for an ElectronicsProduction Assembler for an exciting new role with anelectronics manufacturer in Waterlooville. This is a hands-on role that involves both board-level assembly and full box builds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic assembly, a positive, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: PCBA assembly including SMT and PTH soldering Cable and electromechanical assembly using crimp tools Rework and adjustments on PCBAs Working from customer BOMs and technical drawings Ensuring builds meet required manufacturing standards What Were Looking For: IPC 610 experience or knowledge (Class 2 minimum preferred) Confident soldering skills (PTH and SMT) Strong component recognition and understanding Able to work under a microscope with fine-pitch components Clear communication and good documentation skills Ability to manage workload and work effectively under pressure Inspection experience is a plus, but not essential If you think your background is a great fit, we'd love to hear from you!Apply today to be considered for a new, exciting, long-term career!
