Overview

Client Services Advisor (Office-based) - 6-month fixed term contract with a view to turning permanent after 6 months.

The Role

As a Client Services Advisor, you\'ll be the first point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and professional service from start to finish. This is a varied and fast-paced role where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate clearly will make a real difference.


Responsibilities

* Handling client enquiries via phone and email, delivering professional and timely responses.
* Processing orders, payments, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the order process.
* Supporting key account clients and ensuring their requirements are consistently met.
* Updating and maintaining client records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
* Spotting opportunities to promote products/services and passing relevant leads to the sales team.
* Taking ownership of issues, resolving them effectively or escalating when necessary.


About You

* Previous experience in client services, office administration, or customer support.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
* Team-oriented, professional, and aligned with values of collaboration, relationship-building, and continuous improvement.


The Details

* Hours: Monday-Thursday, 09:00-17:00 (or 08:30-17:00 with lunch), Friday 09:00-15:00.
* Salary: £22,100 - £23,868 (pro rata for duration of contract)
