Division Info
Located in Runcorn, United Kingdom, our newly extended 120,000 sq. ft. facility is a fully integrated site offering
comprehensive manufacturing, repair, and overhaul services to the major players in the landing gear industry.
Designated As a Center Of Excellence, The Facility Specializes In Surface Treatment And Assembly Of Small To Mediumsized Landing Gear Systems. As a Key Part Of The Centre Of Division, Supports Several Global Programs, Including
Gripen – SAAB, Hawk - BAE Systems, KF21 - Hanwha Aerospace, AW101 - Leonardo Helicopters.
With a strong focus on cutting-edge technology, advanced manufacturing processes, and lean techniques, we are
committed to delivering high-value, precision-engineered components for complex landing gear systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Building, testing, and inspection of both routine and complex mechanical hydraulic systems
* Fit and assemble of sub-assembly parts and components.
* Identifying and repairing mechanically issues.
* The ability to use variety of measuring equipment e.g. Micrometres.
* Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and H.S.E Standards.
* Working to engineering drawings, C.M.M s and Operation Instructions.
Requirements
Desirable:
* NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Previous experience as an Assembly Fitter in the Aviation Industry.
* Strong understanding of mechanical hydraulics systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Days shift 8am- 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am -1.00pm
* Alternating shift pattern,
Early: 6.30am - 2.15pm Monday-Thursday.
Friday 6.30am -12.30pm
Late 2.00pm - 9.45pm Monday-Thursday.
