We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our staff dining team based in Canary Wharf.
Job Details
* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Schedule: Start between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM, finish between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM
* Rate: £20.11 per hour
* Overtime: Paid at standard hourly rate
* Location: Canary Wharf staff dining facility
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Preparing and cooking high‑quality meals for staff dining
* Managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
* Assisting with stock control and menu planning
Requirements
* Previous experience as a sous chef or similar role
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Passion for quality food and teamwork
