Overview
Programme Management Officer in the Content Engineering team. PMO to support the Delivery Team in the management of the programme against >£20m annual budget! The role will support the Change function.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce program management reporting to senior stakeholders working in tandem with the Delivery Team & Engineering.
• Managing risk, issues and dependencies!
• Facilitation and production of required packs for Content Engineering and wider Data Platform packs
• Delivery managers with the production of materials for external stakeholders
• Resource tracking and budgetary validation against the programme allocations
• Assist Business Delivery managers in ensuring programme management best practices are adopted across the programme.
• Production of standardized and consistent programme artefacts.
• Ensure Governance is adhered to across the programme. Tracking and raising where required.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills Essential
• Attention to detail with follow through to make sure projects are run effectively
• Ability to operate effectively with other functions and external teams and is seen as a partner in the overall function whose opinions and knowledge is respected
• Has a detailed understanding of projects cost forecasting and tracking

• Has worked in a similar role in financial services or an investment bank and can demonstrate a working knowledge of the similar processes used there relating to projects, their finances, resource allocation and overall project control.
