About the Role
We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible children & young people by leading by example to other support workers.
Responsibilities
* Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations.
* Plan team rotas to support the Deputy Manager and home manager in various meetings and appointments.
* Assist the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
* Carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager.
* Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager.
* Welcome a diverse culture into the home.
* Create a safe, family environment for the children.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Must be aged 21 or above (Ofsted regulation).
* Driving is preferred but not essential – depending on the location of the home.

Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary: £14.17 – £14.99 per hour (£29,473.60 – £31,179.20 per annum).
* £30 per sleep-in shift (additional £3,120 per annum on the basis of 2 sleep-ins per week).
* 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum.
* Work on a rota basis – you will receive a monthly rota 4 weeks in advance.
* 2-3 shifts per week, providing an excellent work/life balance.
* 365‑day a year schedule (including Christmas, New Year and all public holidays).
* Over time paid at 1.25×.
* Fully paid 10‑day induction course.
* Enhanced DBS paid for by Cambian Group.
* Enrolled in a workplace pension scheme after three months of employment.
