Job Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Handle inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
* Assist customers with varied queries and aim to resolve issues on the first contact
* Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
* Ensure customer satisfaction through positive, professional interactions
* Liaise with engineers when necessary
* Stay updated with product knowledge, regulations, and company policies
