The role…
We’re looking for a passionate and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant at Rothay Garden and help shape an exceptional dining experience that feels as special as our setting.
You’ll have experience within a high-quality restaurant environment and a good understanding of how a successful operation runs—from supporting stock control and managing costs to delivering strong commercial performance. Just as importantly, you’ll be a natural leader who enjoys developing others, creating a positive team culture and leading by example.
This role would be perfect for an experienced Assistant Manager who’s ready to take that next step, as well as established managers looking for a fresh challenge in a truly unique setting.
With a love of food and wine, you’ll take pride in sharing your knowledge, supporting your team and delivering service that feels personal, attentive and effortlessly polished. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on the floor and is always looking for ways to elevate the guest experience.
