Overview
Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a compassionate and proactive SEND Welfare Support Officer to deliver specialist pastoral, welfare, and safeguarding support for students with additional needs. Key Responsibilities
Deliver targeted interventions, promote independence and work collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure students progress meaningfully and prepare for adulthood.
Key Qualifications
Minimum Level 3 qualification with GCSEs in English and Mathematics, ELSA training or willingness to undertake it, and experience supporting students with SEND and delivering targeted interventions.
Employment Details
Permanent role, term‑time only, 39 weeks per year.
Salary: up to £29,227 FTE (equal to £25,866 TTO).
