The role
Are you passionate about the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our client's successful and busy dealership. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in customer service in the motor sector, we want to hear from you!
Duties and responsibilities – Service Advisor
1. Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
2. Act as a liaison between customers and the dealership’s service department, effectively communicating vehicle maintenance and repair requirements.
3. Schedule appointments and manage the booking system to ensure efficient use of service department resources.
4. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services provided, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
5. Handle any customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical specifications to provide accurate information to customers.
Competencies, knowledge and experience required:
1. Proven experience as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor in a similar role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
4. Knowledge of automotive products, services, and maintenance procedures.
5. Good computer skills
