Our size is one of our greatest strengths. Every child is known, valued, and celebrated as an individual. This personal, family‑centred approach helps our pupils flourish academically, socially, and spiritually. As a Church of England (Aided) school, our Christian ethos shapes not only what we do, but who we are. Our values guide our decisions, our relationships, and the culture of kindness that is felt the moment you walk through our doors.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

2. Is an ambitious and caring leader with a proven commitment to enabling every child to thrive
3. Has a clear strategic vision and the determination to guide a small school in a changing educational landscape
4. Is passionate about high-quality teaching, learning, and inclusive practice
5. Builds positive, trusting relationships with staff, pupils, governors, families, and the wider community
6. Will champion the unique advantages of a small school, while driving continuous improvement
7. Brings creativity, resilience, warmth, and a deep sense of purpose

In return, we offer:

8. A school where Christian values are lived every day.
9. A wonderful community of children who are enthusiastic, curious, and kind.
10. A dedicated and caring staff team committed to our shared vision.
