Seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Rental Relocation Assistant to support clients through their rental journey in London. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking experience in lettings, negotiation, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and understand clients’ rental requirements
* Respond to rental enquiries and support client communication in a professional and timely manner.
* Assist with researching, filtering, and shortlisting suitable rental properties.
* Contact letting agents to check availability, arrange viewings, and coordinate communication between clients and agents.
* Assist with preparing rental application documents and tracking application progress.
* Follow up on the rental process until the client successfully secures a property.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients feel supported throughout the UK rental process.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
* Is based in London and able to work on‑site at our Canary Wharf office.
* Has the right to work in the UK.
* Is detail‑oriented, reliable, responsible, and highly organised.
* Is confident in communicating with clients and maintaining good client relationships.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and documentation.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage confidently with clients, letting agents/landlords and team members.
* Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional attitude towards client service.
Employment Details
* Contract length: Around 3 months, from mid/late June to mid/late September (exact dates can be discussed).
* Working hours: 35 hours per week.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break.
* Location: On‑site at our Canary Wharf office. Remote work is not available for this role.
* Pay: £12.71 per hour + performance‑based bonus.
