Our sales team plays a vital role in our growth, focusing on developing new accounts within the Asset Reliability Division, building strong customer relationships, and strategizing sales plans to meet business needs.
Role Responsibilities
* Produce quotes and proposals by coordinating with engineering and production teams.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for target markets and products.
* Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
* Engage with prospects through meetings and dialogue to foster long-term partnerships.
* Maintain and grow customer relationships within assigned regions or markets.
* Respond promptly to requests, generate quotations, and forward proposals.
* Accurately update CRM and sales applications.
* Support Customer Services in resolving commercial or technical issues.
* Attend market exhibitions to promote products and identify opportunities.
Benefits
* Salary from £45,000, with OTE from £52,900.
* £5,500 annual car allowance.
* Uncapped commission opportunity.

Candidate Requirements
* Knowledge of load monitoring equipment or engineering/technical background.
* Experience in Offshore Wind, Marine, Renewables, Oil & Gas preferred.
* Strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiating skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing strategies.
* Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
