Partner with wider HRBP’s, People Solutions Team and Team Leaders. This role is responsible for handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions. Disciplinary investigations and hearings Grievance investigations LTS absence management Capability management Requires experience of case report writing, writing comprehensive outcome letters. Requires experience of coaching leaders through ER casework and willingness to be hands on vs advisory. Level of experience Seasoned in role with demonstrable experience. Keen to expand ER knowledge CIPD Level 5. Desirable criteria: FMCG/Manufacturing ER experience. High volume disciplinary and LTS absence management experience
