Overview
North Bradley CE Primary School is looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their team. Working as a member of staff within our Trust you will be a part of a team and play an active role in ensuring the learning and development of all our young people.
Hours
The working hours for this role are 6.5 hours per week, one full day per week, which day to be discussed at interview. 38 weeks per year. The start date for this role is as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* Distribute everything received into the school office (paperwork, money, goods).
* Maintain medical supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating supply needs and placing orders.
* Receive and prioritise incoming telephone calls, and deal with them appropriately.
* Be comfortable learning systems such as Arbor in order to input information such as pupil records and to maintain and keep up to date all records.
* Support the smooth running of the school office through excellent communication.

This role will involve contact with children and the post holder will be engaged in regulated activity relevant to children and will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check before appointment is confirmed.
We will only submit a DBS application to the relevant disclosure service when a position is accepted.
