Production Supervisor

Our growing client is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee daily production operations and help drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
* Supervise and support a lamination team to meet targets and deadlines
* Plan workflows and organise daily production schedules
* Monitor performance, quality, and output against business objectives
* Oversee mould preparation, gelling and paint/decal graphics
* Work closely with management to meet production goals within budget
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications where required
To be considered for this role candidates will have previous fiberglass experience in a production environment. Experience in a supervisory or team leader role with a high attention to detail and commitment to quality and a Hands‑on approach with manual and battery‑operated tooling is essential.
