Our client, a leading supplier in their industry is on the lookout for a talented Sales Planner/Administrator to join their vibrant team. This role is crucial to bridging the gap between sales demand and operational execution, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from order receipt to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Order Management: Oversee customer orders from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Sales Forecasting: Generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on customer schedules, historical data, and order patterns.
Inventory Monitoring: Evaluate forecast fluctuations to prevent inventory imbalances and ensure timely product availability.
Lead Time Coordination: Confirm manufacturing lead times and component availability in line with production capabilities.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, logistics, and production planning to identify and resolve issues.
Pricing Management: Administer system pricing and maintain accurate customer performance reports.
Stock Management: Update consignment stock lists and calculate re-order levels.What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in SAGE200 job relevant modules.
Strong experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Basic understanding of ISO9001:2015 processes.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
