The role of our Business Development Manager is suited to an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated individual with an estate agency sales management related background, who enjoys engaging with our customers, partner clients, sales teams, admin teams and senior management. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a successful department of our market leading estate agency with firm growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily morning meetings with Director.
2. Setting up and managing your default diary and structure for your days, weeks, and months.
3. Monthly Strategy meetings with Director - you should look to personally develop ideas and strategies and deliver them in these meetings.
4. Weekly strategy evaluation meetings with Director that allow us to closely monitor our performance against the strategy we have agreed in our monthly meetings.
5. Become a key contact for our existing partners as well as any new partners incorporated into the business by the Director.
6. Working closely with Director to ensure we are identifying and maximising lead and business opportunities across the group.
