One of our private clients is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a Chairman and senior leadership team within a busy and fast‑paced Chairman's Office in central Oxford.
This is a pivotal role for a polished, proactive EA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys operating at the most senior level. You will act as a key coordination point for the Chairman's professional commitments while ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.
The Role
* Extensive and complex diary management, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and frequently changing priorities
* Acting as the central coordination point for the Chairman's schedule and administrative matters
* Coordinating meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow‑up actions
* Providing high‑level administrative support to the Chairman, Chief of Staff, and senior team
* Supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Chairman's Office
* Managing correspondence, documents, and records
* Handling financial administration, including expenses, invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with budget tracking and expense management
The Candidate
* Significant experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, or senior executive in an Executive Assistant capacity
* Experience working for UHNWIs and/or Family Office experience preferred
* Outstanding organisation and diary management skills
* Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly professional, discreet, and detail‑oriented
* A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to take ownership.
