Description
* Prepare and process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently
* Support the team with budgeting and forecasting activities
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
* Work collaboratively with other departments to manage financial data
* Assist with year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required
* Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance function
Profile
* A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes.
* Sage 50 experience is beneficial.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance are preferred.
Job Offer
* Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum
