Project Manager (Southern Water)
Location: Falmer, East Sussex | Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Oversee construction, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and environmental regulations.
* Work collaboratively with all teams, including Kier wider teams, clients, designers, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the project meets all objectives.
* Provide leadership and direction for the team.
* Identify and develop talent and create a positive and productive work environment that promotes Kier culture.
* Manage procurement process for all equipment, materials and services, ensuring that budget and programme are met.
* Implement Kier policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget forecast, and to required quality and environmental standards.
* Support the £3.1bn strategic development partnership framework for the current asset management period (AMP8).
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Full driving licence.
* Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* Experience working on a variety of projects in the water sector.
* Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
* Strong leadership and procurement skills.
