Overview

Hey good-smelling! 👋 We’re Fussy, the brand on a mission to banish single-use plastic from bathrooms worldwide. We are are looking for a bright and passionate candidate to join the team as a SeniorNational Account Manager.

You will be contributing to our retail strategy and helping to drive high street sales across our range - including our much-loved refillable deodorants, our new refillable body wash and any future product launches. 💥

This is a super exciting opportunity to join a disruptive startup through an exciting period of growth. The chosen candidate will work directly with the senior leadership team on delivering growth in our retail business 💪🌍


Responsibilities

* Account Management responsibility developing the relationships through regular contact with some of our key existing retail partners with a focus on High Street retailers (e.g Boots, Holland & Barrett etc).
* Supporting the Head of Sales with preparing pitches for new retail opportunities
* Accountable for forecasts and P&L for your accounts and for achieving ambitious growth targets
* Ensure that we seize every opportunity to drive sales with relevant customer admin completed accurately on time, visibility in-store and best-class content online
* Identify trends in the wider market through competitor analysis that can translate into commercial opportunities. You should know who is who, what other brands are trying and what is working.
* Reporting and analysis of retailer, category and market data available and deep understanding of retailer strategic priorities and opportunities to help shape our commercial strategy
* Represent the company at relevant external trade events and meetings
* Collaborate with marketing and operations to build winning retail plans
* Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever might be thrown at you.


Who you are

* Circa 5+ years experience in a sales role within an FMCG company with a proven track record of building winning relationships with retailers and driving growth.
* A keen interest in the sustainability and wellness spaces. We’re all about people, planet and pits!
* Knowledge of the Health & Beauty market and experience working in similar categories (i.e High Street and Beauty) would be advantageous although we'll consider candidates from Grocery too.
* Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail, you are able to prioritise and manage multiple work-streams under pressure so that nothing gets missed.
* Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to bring people on the journey with you.
* Analytical capability and commercial acumen
* You should be a self starter. You're the sort of person that we can point in the right direction and you’re off!

Fussy are on a mission to banish single-use plastic from the bathroom by designing simple, effective and convenient personal care products that are backed by science not buzzwords. Our first product, a refillable deodorant is now the UK’s highest-rated natural deodorant and has blessed the armpits of everyone from Holly Willoughby to some very well-known Dragons. We have put in place the foundations of a world-class team of employees and advisors and this is a super exciting time to join as we are now looking to accelerate our growth into new products and territories. We as a brand have the responsibility, consumers have the power and it’s only together we can do this. Power to your pits!


Other Details

* Term: Permanent
* Start date: ASAP
* Probationary period: 3 months
* Hybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our London office
* 33 days annual leave including flexible bank holidays + a day off for your birthday – we encourage you to take time off to switch off, rest and recharge.

* Salary: £60k - £70k basic salary (dependent on experience) +commission
