AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnering with a global accountancy organisation they are looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join their legal services team.
Main Duties:
* Being point of contact for the team on specific employment law matters
* Identifying business development opportunities and pitching with both new and existing clients
* Pro-actively identifying future changes in employment law and government policy
* Developing the future talent by supervising and assisting junior members of the team with their personal development
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Experience of developing client relationships and proactively identifying issues and finding solutions
* Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet client deadlines
* Experience of working in a team environment on projects and transactional matters
