We have an exciting opportunity for an Insight Analyst in our marketing and insights team with our Great Place to Work accredited G’s Fresh Ltd. As the Insight Analyst it will be your role to deliver best in class insights across market, category, retailer, and consumer. While being responsible for collating and translating qualitative and quantitative information into clear narrative appropriate for the business. Key Responsibilities for our Insight Analyst: Providing market insights by providing an accurate view of retail, category, competitor performance, directional trends, and key insights Tracking and communicating market, retail and consumer trends gained from multiple sources. Ensuring that consumer perspectives are understood and the implication to G’s of these developing trends / changing demands are communicated to the business. Tracking product, price and promotion activity across the retail market and analysing their effects - to provide retail insights to the relevant teams. Supporting research projects by providing quantitative analysis utilising available tools and systems Harnessing competitor performance from monthly reports, continuous sales data, and industry news Supporting category and brand communication plans Candidate requirements for our Insight Analyst: What is exciting about this opportunity is that are looking to welcome applications from Graduates as well as candidates with experience within Insights & Marketing. Energetic self-starter Highly analytical and accurate Agility to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data and using to build a story. Proficiency at communicating complex analysis to all audiences. Excellent MS Excel skills are a must have and ideally a familiarity with PowerBI Knowledge of Kantar, IRI and retailer data portals would be highly desirable.
