Role Overview
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide comprehensive financial advisory services, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. The role offers a competitive salary, career growth opportunities, and potential progression to a self-employed advisory position.
Responsibilities
1. Contact clients and arrange meetings in-office or at clients’ homes/business premises.
2. Conduct in-depth financial reviews to assess clients’ financial status, goals, and risk tolerance.
3. Produce financial reports.
4. Develop tailored financial strategies and plans.
5. Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
6. Maintain ongoing client relationships for support and updates.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new financial products.
8. Collaborate with estate agents, solicitors, and accountants for holistic solutions.
9. Meet or exceed revenue targets and performance metrics.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations.
11. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
12. Inform clients about new financial products or legislative changes.
13. Maintain necessary qualifications and complete CPD.
Requirements
1. Qualified to at least level 4: UK DipPFS/Cyprus CySEC Advanced or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of financial sales experience.
3. Proven success in meeting sales targets and client satisfaction.
4. Interest in providing long-term, ethical services.
5. Career-oriented attitude.
6. Willingness to relocate or work remotely.
