Your Role - Main Purpose of the Job
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the continued growth of NSS by identifying new opportunities, developing existing client relationships, and delivering solutions that meet our customers’ needs.
You’ll manage a defined territory and customer base, working closely with our operational teams to ensure we continue delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.
Your job will include:
* Winning new business opportunities across your regional territory
* Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise growth
* Building strong multi-level relationships within customer organisations
* Preparing and presenting proposals, bids and tenders with support from the Sales team
* Delivering the sales plan agreed with the Sales Director
* Managing your pipeline, activity and forecasts via CRM
* Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
* Representing and promoting the NSS brand across the industry
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
* Experience selling complex services or solutions
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* A proactive, self‑motivated approach to generating new business
* The confidence to engage with multiple stakeholders within large organisations
* A willingness to travel regularly across the UK
Experience within Facilities Management, Property Services or Specialist Services would be beneficial, but not essential.
