As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards. You’ll guide teams across the factory, helping them stay compliant with GMP and GDP regulations. You’ll lead investigations into non-conforming products, drive corrective actions, and support the introduction of new products with robust inspection plans and validation documentation. Whether it’s analyzing returned products or improving local procedures, your work will directly influence the quality and safety of our medical devices. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role means being a proactive problem solver with a strong technical foundation. You’ll need to be confident working across teams and passionate about driving quality improvements. A degree in quality, science, engineering or business management, or equivalent experience Solid understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and FDA QSR standards Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO13485 lead audit training preferred Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities You.
