About The Role Are you ready to make a difference in delivering complex infrastructure projects that shape communities and support national growth? Balfour Beatty is looking for a passionate and driven Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects from initiation to hand‑over.
What you'll be doing
* Lead the full lifecycle of project delivery: planning, design, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and close‑out.
* Inspire and manage cross‑functional teams including engineers, package managers, construction managers, and functional leads.
* Ensure projects meet customer requirements across time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefits.
* Maintain accurate project records and produce internal/external reports.
* Drive safety excellence through Zero Harm initiatives and environmental tours.
* Support financial forecasting and reporting using our commercial management tool, Cemar.
Who we're looking for
* Experience in an Infrastructure or Highways Project Manager role.
* Able to demonstrate a history of project delivery.
* Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making skills.
* A proactive approach to scope and configuration management.
* Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Leadership experience with a focus on team development and talent growth.
