To strengthen our team in Puratos Fourayes, near Sittingbourne, Kent, we are looking for a:
Jet Washer
Your Mission
Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will work in our service yard, efficiently cleaning industrial food containers to supply the production lines. This role involves meticulous cleaning against challenging deadlines.
What you will do
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions, using high-pressure jet washers to clean large food containers.
* Follow food safety and health and safety requirements at all times.
* Ensure that fruit puree does not enter our water treatment plant.
* Supply production lines with clean containers necessary for their work.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What we expect from you
* A strong work ethic.
* Previous experience with jet washing equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication skills.
* Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
* Forklift experience is beneficial but not essential.
What you can expect from Puratos
* Rate of pay: £12.26 per hour.
* Working pattern: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
