To assist the company with implementation and maintenance of documentation and processes, in respect to meeting our duties as an employer and service provider.
This role is a support role requiring great organization skill competent use of most Microsoft office i.e. Word & Excel at an intermediate level.
Preferably IOSH or NEBOSH qualified or (This could be attained as part of a development plan).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supporting Health and Safety requirements,
* Administration of BS10125 (accident repair standards),
* Human Resource administration support,
* Production administration support & reporting.
TASKS:
1. Personal competence training plans, reporting & documenting,
2. Equipment tools repair and maintenance scheduling documenting,
3. Materials and parts compliance auditing compliance,
4. Working practice in workshops offices building from maintaining process points,
5. Sub-contractor checks H&S compliance & risks,
6. First aid, fire, ppe, Housekeeping, Monitoring, records & resource support,
7. Deliver H&S inductions for new employee...
