Headquartered and founded in Australia, CTM has offices all around the world, including Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and New Zealand. www.travelctm.co.u About the role: The role of the Accounts Payable Manager is a key role in the EU/UK Financial Operations team, bringing technical knowledge and managerial experience to ensure that all aspects of Purchase Ledger processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The Accounts Payable Manager will ensure that the workflow of processes is managed, tasks / systems are improved where appropriate, and staff are developed to ensure that the team provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Managing the interaction with the outsourced team at WNS will be key to success in the role. Core Skills: Expertise in Business Travel sector (expense management, corporate card programs) Experience of managing a Purchase Ledger Team, with strong cross functional knowledge of Finance Operations processes Ability to motivate and develop members of the team Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work with offshored support and drive the best value from this team Excellent communication and collaboration skills Previous involvement with system implementations and change management would be an advantage Why CTM?
