About the role
As a Process Analyst within our Technology Business Analysis team, you will play a key role in identifying and documenting current business processes, analysing workflows and data, and developing optimised procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll contribute to the evolution of our process management framework and support colleagues across Product Groups, Shared Services, and Business Analysis.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with process owners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to capture current processes.
2. Documenting processes using BPMN, aligned with team standards.
3. Analysing workflows and data to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Developing and implementing optimised processes.
5. Monitoring effectiveness and adjusting for continuous improvement.
6. Supporting process audits and performance assessments.
7. Championing collaboration and best practices across teams.
This role reports to the Principal Business Analyst and sits within the Technology – Architecture & Analysis department.
About you
You are a highly motivated and methodical thinker with a passion for process architecture and analysis. You bring:
8. Demonstrable experience in process modelling (, BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
9. Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal, written, visual).
10. Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities.
11. A collaborative and proactive approach to personal and team development.
12. A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Certifications in Process Management, BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Analysis are desirable.
