We are currently recruiting for a Shift Engineer Leader to join the team in Maintenance at our 5 Star Londoner Hotel. Overview: An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner, our 5 Star Super Boutique Hotel as a Shift Engineer Leader. As a Shift Engineer Leader, you will carry out on-site preventative maintenance across the hotel whilst ensuring that there is also a proactive approach to planned maintenance work. You will ensure that the hotel is maintained in accordance with the maintenance schedule set by assigning engineers to work and supervising their output. You will ensure that the MMS system is fully utilised with regular follow up. You will co-ordinate and prioritise the distribution of repair maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders. You will ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and will keep the Maintenance Manager informed of anything that could indicate malfunction or failure. About You: You will have knowledge of how to maintain boilers and catering equipment. You will understand the requirements for effective water, gas and electrical management You can perform a variety of electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills. Impeccable command of English both written and spoken. The ability to communicate with and motivate employees to sustain high performance and quality levels.
