Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with one child, offering tailored, consistent support throughout the school day. You'll play a vital role in helping them access the curriculum, develop key life skills, and feel safe, valued, and encouraged every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
* Support one child with SEN all day, in and out of class
* Adapt their learning plan and boost their confidence
* Help with communication, social skills, and emotional support
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists
What You Need:
* Experience with SEN kids a big plus
* Calm, patient, and passionate about inclusion
* Qualifications welcome but attitude matters most!
