We are looking for support workers with experience in helping individuals with learning disability, complex and Mental Health care requirements. This role will include supporting adults aged 18 with learning disabilities, communication and sensory impairments,complex social needs and Domiciliary care. This role requires: -Following, implementing and developing individual care plans -Effective, professional and clear communication with the stakeholders involved -Be willing to participate and engage our clients within a positive manner -Have a flexible working approach -Supporting individuals to access the community -Empowering our clients to live the best possible life they can -Adhere to company policies and training requirements -Be empathetic and a good listener -Be a good listener and use initiative to create safe positive experiences
