About the role
This role playsa key part in the Data Services & Exams Team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. The primary responsibility is to manage and maintain student-related data within The Sheffield Colleges systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across areas such as student records, attendance, courses, exam entries, and achievements. Working within a dedicated faculty cluster, the role involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining crucial data, including course files, attendance registers, student enrolment, exam registrations, achievements, and fees. A focus on data integrity, high quality, and consistency is essential to support both the college and its students effectively.
This is a fixed term role until the 10th of April 2027.
