The Assistant Store Manager is our KIKO Ambassador and assists the Store Manager in driving customer experience, sales, and business KPIs in line with the KIKO Brand Strategy by leading and coaching the team. Takes full accountability for the store when the Store Manager is on leave.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
* Coach and support the team to deliver customer experience and business goals.
* Recruit, onboard, train, and support the team to achieve customer experience and business objectives.
* Support in planning store staffing and managing annual leave in line with business needs.
* Coach the team on product knowledge, makeup application techniques, and selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
* Monitor Business KPIs and implement follow-up action plans as agreed with the Store Manager.
* Achieve business goals related to customer experience, sales, and operational expenses.
* Prioritize actions that have the most impact on store performance, in coordination with the Store Manager.
* Complete all BeKIKO dossiers, quizzes, and training modules.
* Regularly monitor KPIs such as LFL progression, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, and Stock-loss.
PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION
* Ensure store compliance with all KIKO standards and procedures.
* Adhere to store procedures outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK.
* Implement and monitor promotional calendars and operational procedures, addressing issues promptly with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail role, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are required. Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving growth, with knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising. Ability to analyze sales data for informed decision-making. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in POS systems and retail software. Passion for the beauty industry and familiarity with KIKO MILANO products.
