As our Land & New Business Manager, you will report to the Head of Land & New Business and Regional teams to identify and secure new business opportunities in accordance with the Regional Business Plan.Manage bid submissions ensuring these are of the highest standard and commercially competitive.Assist the operational teams with preparation of project briefs, delivery and sales strategies, financial appraisals, structuring development agreements, obtaining planning consents, financial management, project and risk management and stake-holder engagement.Proactively research future opportunities and manage relationships with relevant parties.A Land and New Business Manager role is largely self-sufficient, with the responsibility to source new opportunities and instruct consultants/development teams regarding the legal, planning, development and commercial constraints of any proposal.We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.
