The Opportunity:
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Banking & Financial Services (360) Consultant with proven business development capabilities. The role will focus on senior retained/exclusive permanent placements and/or interim/consultancy engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through to placement and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong network of senior-level talent across the financial services ecosystem
