Job Description:
Specialists understand the connection between their function and the expectations and goals of the company. They are proficient in completing tasks and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, and identifying operational problems to resolve them promptly. They help maintain clear and accurate operational documentation, propose solutions for identified gaps, and provide guidance to internal teams to meet performance targets. Building strong relationships with business partners through regular meetings and professional communication is essential.
Specialists communicate effectively with partners at various levels within RGP and with clients, including executives. They assist with research to address errors and improve processes, leveraging their process knowledge and business acumen to foster positive partnerships.
What you will work on
* Prepare and track standard legal documentation for consultants and clients, collaborating with HR, Legal, and other teams.
* Create and manage client engagements using multiple tools, including third-party vendor management systems.
* Generate and compile financial reports using internal enterprise systems, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Excel.
* Support sales teams and communicate with clients to support their needs.
* Prepare budget tracking and revenue forecasting reports.
* Manage administrative projects such as client statistics, light analysis, and database updates under the guidance of the Regional Director.
* Maintain front office and SOX controls through regular audits.
* Track client invoices and coordinate with corporate teams for billing and payments.
* Ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
* Collaborate with Talent, HR, and other units to enhance the employment experience for consultants.
* Coordinate background screenings and reference checks for consultants.
* Support onboarding processes for new consultants.
* Process employment paperwork and manage records related to employment status and end of engagement.
* Coordinate asset delivery and retrieval as needed.
* Partner with Talent and HR to resolve issues and improve the consultant experience.
What you will bring
* Some college coursework preferred; 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of enterprise processes and a willingness to learn.
* Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Office 365; familiarity with databases, SharePoint, ATS/WMS is a plus.
* Ability to make decisions based on analysis, reasoning, and judgment.
